  1. Our professional and experienced staff will analyze and help you optimize your home page before making any submissions.* If your web site has been created by a professional we will work with what has already been created. 

  2. We will help you with the Title of your home page.**  Most of the directories are very specific with what they will and will not accept.

  3. We will write your Description. Again, most of the directories are very specific with what they will and will not accept.  The number of words accepted by the directory is very specific.  Many will only accept descriptions of 25 words or less. Some go as high as 200 words.  We will write three descriptions: 25 words, 50 words and 75 words.

  4. We will analyze the sites of your competition that appear on the first 3 pages of a Google search for your service or product.

  5. A member of our professional and experienced staff will manually submit your URL individually to each search engine and/or directory.

  6. You will be able to track the progress of your submissions process on our site.

Directories often have different categories for your business.  The correct category may change from directory to directory.  Often your business can appropriately appear in more than one category. Your submissions, being done by hand, will be placed in the appropriate category, or categories, for each directory.  This will be noted on your report.

  8. You can personally verify your listings at any time by visiting the directories yourself. Your report will have the URL of all your listings. 

  9. You can, at any time, visit your own site and run a list of inbound links.
